Submersible Light Weight Dewatering Pump
Our proficiency lies in offering tailor made submersible light weight dewatering pumps and pumping solutions. These pumps are constructed from strong die cast aluminum and stainless steel body parts, and are fitted with stainless steel hardened impellers and field adjustable nitrile rubber diffuser. The upper and lower mechanical seals are entirely enclosed in oil chamber and are driven by 'H' class insulated/Air-tight dry motor suitable for 3 Phase, 415 V, 50Hz A.C. supply. These pumps are not necessarily totally submerged and moreover can operate under snore conditions.
Mixed flow impeller is mounted on extended Product/Service motor shaft and flow of water is passed between motor body & Jacket to blow out cool air. Moreover, the motor is secluded from water by mechanical seals of adequate size & combination of material as per the application. Stator & Rotor are saturated with heavy duty thermal varnish to create a vacuum and the Impeller & Rotor assembly is animatedly balanced for vibration free & noiseless operation.
