Tungsten carbide seal faces are used for maximum corrosion, abrasion and thermal shock resistance. For high performance, these seals are operated in a stainless steel chamber filled with lubricating oil.

Corrosion/abrasion resistant Impeller
We design impellers specifically for smooth and hassle free operation under extremely harsh conditions. They are manufactured in stainless steel 410 grade, and finished to very high rigidity levels for uninterrupted high performance.
Heavy duty Castings
Our castings are manufactured from strong die cast aluminum top & bottom cover with sand blasted and epoxy coating for durability. They are designed explicitly for performing under difficult operating conditions.
Wear resistant Steel Oil Chamber
Our oil chambers pumps are constructed of strong investment cast stainless steel seal housing. This casting ensures incessant seal lubrication and long life.
High performance Submersible Motor
Our dewatering pumps are outfitted with a heavy duty class insulated submersible motor. The motor consists of a shrink fitted stator with exceptional heat transfer, for maintaining optimal motor temperature even under snore or partial submergence conditions.
Further for extended protection against burnout & moisture penetration, the motor windings are dipped & baked thrice in high temperature. Class insulating varnish is used for reducing motor drag and eliminating environmental contamination possibilities.
